The ‘Field Trip‘ project dealt with the abandoned military site near Potsdam formerly used by the Soviet Army. Between July and September 1994, 20 artists were invited to work on the site. Since the barracks were still out of bounds to the general public, Handshake used the World-Wide Web to provide access to the on-going processes in Krampnitz.
